A gourmet stopover on the way to your holiday destination or during your stay in the Trièves.
The chef is Clothilde. She prepares rustic, authentic local cuisine.
A "home-made" cuisine that adapts to the seasons, using the finest local produce. Clothilde favours a short supply chain, sourcing most of her produce from local producers whom she knows well.
You can enjoy her famous marbled heifer liver, lamb chops, gratins of Dauphiné ravioli and other fine regional specialities on the pleasant shady terrace or in the cosy restaurant room, with its panoramic views of the Grand Ferrand, Obiou and Chatel mountain ranges.
A warm welcome, a smiling team and tasty food - that's what you can expect from us during an evening stopover, a short stay or a holiday in the Trièves.
